Winning Legal Strategies
Advocating for our nation's heroes.
We carefully and thoroughly review each case to make sure we develop the best possible gameplan that fits each veteran’s unique needs, military history, and medical condition.
-
To maximize the effectiveness of your case, we will thoroughly review your electronic VA file which includes your military service and all previous claims. This will involve analyzing your service records, medical history, and any disability claims to identify any gaps or inconsistencies in the evidence. By doing so, we can proactively address any issues that may arise during the claims process and ensure that we have a strong case to present to the VA to strengthen your chances of success.
-
Legal arguments and appellate briefs are important tools in the legal process that are used to advocate for your rights and support your claim for disability benefits. When we file an appeal for your case, we will be presenting legal arguments and appellate briefs to the VA. The purpose of these documents is to demonstrate why the VA's decision in your case was incorrect and why you are entitled to the disability benefits you are seeking.
Legal arguments are a way to highlight the relevant legal principles and precedents that support your case. We will use these arguments to explain why the VA's decision was not consistent with the law and why your case should be decided in your favor.
An appellate brief is a written document that provides a detailed explanation of the legal issues in your case, along with the relevant facts and legal authority. We will use this document to make a persuasive argument that supports your case and demonstrates why the VA should reconsider its decision. By carefully crafting our arguments and highlighting the relevant legal principles and facts, we will work to persuade the VA to grant your disability benefits.
-
We will also work with you to gather additional evidence and documentation, such as medical records or medical opinions from medical experts, to further support your case. This will help demonstrate your eligibility for disability benefits based on your military service and related disabilities.

We don’t quit. If necessary, we will continue to appeal to the Board of Veteran’s Appeals (BVA) and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC) to fight until we get our clients the benefits to which they are entitled.
